Three D Renovations , INC specializes in residential remodeling. We provide repairs & maintenance, siding, windows and door replacements, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, custom decks, painting and more.
At Three D Renovations, we have worked hard to earn a solid reputation for providing high quality craftsmanship, honesty, and fair & reliable work. The owner, K.J. Vavra can be found on the job site nearly every day, helping complete the work to the highest standards you would expect when hiring a professional. Whatever the project, you deal directly with the owner from beginning to end. Three D Renovations treats every job equally, big or small, which shows in the final product.
We work extra hard to ensure the work site is clean at the end of each work day, handling all phases of the job from start to finish and hauling away debris.
We believe quality pays and that the best value isn't necessarily found with the lowest price. Three D Renovations has a good reputation, not only with their clients, but also with suppliers & subcontractors. We use only high quality subcontractors with years of remodeling experience in Omaha Metro area.
About The Owners
K.J. Vavra has been in the carpentry and remodeling business for over 20 years: he has extensive experience in nearly all aspects of home remodeling. Before starting Vavra Construction in 1989, he worked for several remodeling companies, both large and small. he uses that experience & knowledge to provide professional & friendly service for his clients.
K.J. is married and lives in the Omaha area with his wife and business partner, Patty. He enjoys many outdoor activities such as fishing, boating, biking, and golf.
Patty is Vice President of Three D Renovations, Inc where she oversees all Marketing, HR, and Administrative functions for the company. Patty has 14 years of experience in the Printing industry and has spent the past 10 years developing her expertise in Small Business Marketing and Management.
Her passions are business, graphic arts, Photoshop, technology, investing, internet research, playing piano, making jewelry, bicycling, weight lifting, and spending time with friends, family, and her two Dachshunds, Jazzy & Scruffy!
